What is Pragmatism?
People who are pragmatic focus on actions and solutions that are likely to be successful in the real world. They don't get bogged by idealistic theories which may not be feasible in reality.
This article examines three methodological principles of pragmatic inquiry and details two examples of project-based organizational processes in non-government organizations. It asserts that pragmatism is a an effective and valuable research method for studying these dynamic processes.
